Nutrition Scholarship Coordinator

Objective:

The Nutrition Scholarship Coordination Office is responsible for ensuring that nutrition scholarships offered to students in need of financial support are administered in a fair, transparent and needs-based manner, and for coordinating the application and evaluation processes in order to contribute to the quality of university life for students.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Conducting the Application Process: Informing students during nutrition scholarship application periods, collecting applications, and ensuring that all necessary documents are submitted.
• Assessing Financial Need: Reviewing the documents submitted by students regarding their financial situation, conducting a preliminary assessment, and ranking applicants according to objective criteria.
• Tracking Scholarship Quotas: Tracking meal scholarship quotas allocated by the university or department, determining the list of eligible candidates, and forwarding it to the necessary parties.
• Communication and Information: Informing students who are eligible or ineligible for scholarships of the results in a timely manner and providing explanatory information about the process.
• Monitoring Updates:Monitoring new regulations, quota changes, or relevant regulation updates related to the university's meal scholarships and providing the necessary information.
• Reporting:Documenting data related to the application and evaluation processes, preparing periodic reports, and sharing them with the department management.
