Our department was established on 21.05.2009 and continues its undergraduate and graduate education and training activities with a total of 13 academic staff, including 4 Professors, 1 Associate Professors, 3 Assistant Professors, 4 Research Assistants and 1 YÖK 100/2000 doctoral scholarship holder. Our department has a strong infrastructure in the field of Bioengineering and Biotechnology with an education system that can compete at national and international level;
